India's First Pan-Asian Tapas Dining Experience
Phoenix Mills, Lower Parel
Mumbai, India
Foo was born from the vision of brothers Keenan and Ryan Tham — third-generation restaurateurs from one of Mumbai's most celebrated Asian hospitality families. Their father, Henry Tham, built a legacy of iconic Asian dining in the city. The brothers took that legacy and reimagined it completely.
The idea was bold and simple: bring Asia to the table, one small plate at a time. Foo became India's first Pan-Asian tapas restaurant — where Japanese, Chinese, Thai, and Southeast Asian flavours could be explored together, shared, and savoured over good conversation.
From its first home at Phoenix Mills — with signature cherry blossoms, sake jar décor, and industrial-chic interiors — Foo quickly became a movement spanning 5 cities and 12+ outlets.
